FT Sales Associate 

Huntley Motor World is seeking someone who will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including (but not limited to):

  • Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering questions, and helping them find a Trailer that fits their needs.
  • Provide timely follow-up to inquiries on Trailers via Facebook Marketplace and Instagram.
  • Maintain Strong relationships with customers.
  • Become an expert in Product knowledge of trailers, their performance, usage, and benefits of all optional equipment available.
  • Positive Mental Attitude
  • Inventory and Product knowledge of parts accessories, what we carry and can be ordered, and how it will benefit customers.
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the trailer features on the lot.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns immediately and appropriately to maintain customer loyalty.

Qualifications:
• Five years of Sales Experience
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-orientated, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer service or retail sales experience 
• Must have a VALID DRIVER's LICENSE and clean driving record
• 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
• Prior experience working in Google Workspace, Microsoft, and MAC

Administrative Assistant NOW HIRING MARCH 2025

The Administrative Assistant is vital in supporting the front office management team, sales associates, and lot crew. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The Administrative Assistant will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining professionalism when interacting with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders. This role reports to the Owners and Sales Lead.

Primary Responsibilities 

Customer Service 

  • Answer phones promptly and take detailed messages, including name, contact information, and message content. Enter message and client info into CRM.
  • Greet customers professionally upon their arrival at the building or lot. 

Administrative Tasks 

  • Create invoices and estimates as needed.
  • Create DRS, Permits, Placards
  • File paperwork and customer jackets accurately.
  • Scan customer jackets and organize electronic records.
  • Create and manage labels for parts and trailers.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets for DMV DRS, Placards, Permits, and Flooring.
  • Close out special-order estimates for parts.
  • File Warranty Registrations for trailers

 Cleaning and Organization 

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace. 
  • Ensure filing systems and supply areas are tidy and well-stocked. 

 Qualifications 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
  • Previous 2-year administrative assistant experience is required.

FT General Laborer 

We are seeking someone who will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including (but not limited to):
  • Hooking up Trailers and following company checkout procedures.
  • Tire Installation, Parts, and Accessories Installation.
  • Ability to climb 14ft Trailer Loads
  • Trailer Inspection
  • Trailer Inventory, including pictures
  • Facility and Ground Maintenance (cleaning and organizing buildings, shops, trailers, etc.)
  • Must Enjoy Working Outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Performing scheduled maintenance
  • Handling deliveries of Trailers, parts, and supplies
  • Receiving and processing shipments
  • Sale and Delivery of Quality Trailers and Parts

    Our ideal candidate:

    • Flexible with job responsibilities and willing to help multiple departments as needed.

    Qualifications:
    Must be able to Lift, Push, Carry, or Pull  75+ pounds daily
    • Ability to climb 14 feet high trailer loads
    • Must be able to operate a Forklift or be trained
    • Welding experience is a plus but not required.
    • Familiar with basic tools used in trailer repair 
    • Must have a VALID DRIVER's LICENSE and clean driving record
     18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy and Nevada DMV Salesman Licensing
